  I don't even know where to begin with describing my experience with Peoples Mortgage. I am a first time home buyer and a single women, so the idea of buying a home by myself was very scary. I was nervous not only about looking at homes but scared to find out if I even qualified for a home loan. Jason Reid and his team at peoples mortgage made my experience extremely personal and very easy for me to feel knowledgable about the process. From the beginning they answered all my questions morning or night, made sure to educate me on what was happening with my loan and home each step of the way, and they make sure that I was involved in every decision. Everyone went out of their way to get me the best possibly loan and rate right up until the day I closed. To show just how dedicated they were to my experience, it came down to the day of my closing. There were some issues with the appraisal and fix of my roof that needed to be taken care of prior to signing the closing papers, they personally went over to the house to meet with two different roofers the day of my closing in order make it happen. Without their effort that day I would not have closed on time and I possibly would have gone into default. I can't express how happy I am to be new home owner and I would not have been able to pull it off with out the team at Peoples Mortgage. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing.
