  I would recommend Altura to anyone looking for insurance. We were just looking for personal health and life insurance for our family since we are self-employed. Amy went above and beyond our expectations outlining plans very thoroughly, even breaking it down to what works best in different situations. We probably asked her hundreds of questions, and she answered every single one, and very timely I might add. She was extremely sensitive to budget and medical needs. We felt very well taken care of by Altura, as if they were a close friend or family member helping us out. Also, in case you might not know, customers don't need to pay a broker for their services. They are paid by the insurance companies to help their customers. So I definitely recommend everyone to take advantage of this wonderful service they offer.

  Adam Griffee was great at finding a house for my family. I felt like he worked just as hard for me as he would anyone else even though I was not going to be even close to a "big spender." At times we were helped by others in the company and I felt the same kind of care from them as well. I'll recommend them to anyone.

  I don't know what the deal with Chase is... It's nearly impossible to get an answer via phone call, so you'd think that they must be incredibly busy - but then, lo and behold, you walk into the branch and the employees are sitting around, not working with customers or answering their phones. If I'm doing my banking with you, I should definitely be able to get ahold of you if I have any sort of question or issue. This represents deplorable customer service.

  My mother died a couple weeks ago, and had requested to go to Jenkins-Soffe because she had known Vaughn Soffe. My father was in the funeral business for 70 years, so I know the area. I was most pleasantly impressed by the care and sensitivity of the staff and their obvious desire to make the process as easy as possible. There was virtually no sales pressure, although we knew what we wanted when we went in. One very nice touch is the post-funeral services, including notifying Social Security, etc. Finally, the cosmetic work on my mother was absolutely the best I have ever seen - she looked 15 years younger. I recommend them without reservation.
