  I was a little hesitant to call Madsen and Associates, due to Amber's review above, but I am glad that I did. I was eager to see who would answer the phone, because the last thing I want is a granddaughter to answer, but i was pleasantly greeted by a well spoken gentlemen who was helpful and polite. When I asked to speak with Ted, I was shocked that the kind gentleman would forward me directly to Ted's office without some sort of verbal altercation. What a relief. Ted was great, he smelled of nostalgia and good decisions, it was clear that he has lead a clean life. Ted went through all my documents, entered all my information, with no typos and after i reviewed what Ted had entered, I signed the letter of consent and we filed my taxes. Since Ted had entered all the information accurately, I asked if I could pay more than the fee we had agreed upon and he simply answered "no". I thought that was fair.

  Madsen Bros and Assoc. have done my taxes for several years now. Every time they have helped us to maximize our return. Each year has introduced a large number of variables as we have added new dependents, added solar panels, paid on college debts... and each time Ted has been very knowledgeable and has taken the time to explain to us our options and the reason for any suggestions. They are very attentive to detail and helpful in explaining the process. I highly recommend them.
