- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I don't know what the deal with Chase is... It's nearly impossible to get an answer via phone call, so you'd think that they must be incredibly busy - but then, lo and behold, you walk into the branch and the employees are sitting around, not working with customers or answering their phones. If I'm doing my banking with you, I should definitely be able to get ahold of you if I have any sort of question or issue. This represents deplorable customer service.By CT Steil, January 31, 2018
